From the start of her story with Storcan, Colette understood that this would be a business where she was going to learn a lot and grow. His roles and responsibilities have changed and grown with the company. She arrived in 2011 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, a new area for her but so stimulating. Later, she had the opportunity to return to her first loves and studies to explore and strengthen the accounting department. When we see Storcan's progress over the past few years and his career, we tell ourselves that their rhythms have been tuned towards good progression. The story does not end there of course! Faced with an unprecedented development of Storcan's activities and an increasingly difficult recruitment market, it is with great naturalness and tenacity that Colette has gradually evolved into the position of human resources advisor in 2018. In a few words months, she was able to build a whole new department by setting up many protocols and processes. In her speech today, you can feel that she totally belongs as HR Director and that Storcan is indeed a great place to explore and express her talents.
