$ 4.5 million in investments
On Friday, March 15th, Storcan International had a drastic moment, announcing the beginning of a new era. Marie-Chantal Chassé, Member of Parliament for Châteauguay, Brenda Shanahan, Member of Parliament for Châteauguay-Lacolle and Christine Tardif, Assistant Regional Director, Rive-Sud and Montérégie, Investissement Québec, announced financial support of more than $ 810,000, thereby supporting an overall investment valued at $ 4.5 million.
These investments will allow us to invest in digital tools, support marketing activities in the US and Ontario, provide support in human resources management and workforce training. Storcan’s CEO, Jean-Martin Savoie, meanwhile, announced the construction of a new head office in the industrial park of Châteauguay, just a few hundred meters from our current location. This new building will allow us to offer a better working environment to our current and future employees, as well as a show room and testing space for our clients.
Storcan is at the cusp of great changes and we are profoundly proud to receive this support and to invest in new tools allowing us to offer complete, innovative and turn-key production line solutions in the Food, Beverage and Packaging sectors.
