The Storcan pressureless single filer allows products coming from a mass conveyor to be lined up, at high speed and without pressure.
FEATURES AND USES
Pressureless single filer use multiple lanes at different line speeds to quickly move round and complex-shaped containers. The mass flow is gradually separated by introducing a gradual acceleration. This equipment does not modify the external appearance of the product because no physical pressure is exerted on it.
It is an excellent solution for separating stable and slightly unstable cylindrical and complex-shaped products in a single lane after accumulation or after depalletizing. The system protects containers from potentially damaging back pressure.
For optimal feeding of your machines, the pressureless aligner includes a regulation system.
In addition, our selective electronic control system gives us the flexibility to process several lines at different speeds, irregularly shaped containers and containers with special handling characteristics, without necessarily having to resort to expensive spare parts operations changeover.
They can be designed on Mat Top or Table Top type conveyor systems. Its length varies according to the product and the desired production rate.
