FEATURES AND USES
The STRAPALL 4 automatic Close&Strap machine, closes and seals boxes with one or two nylon straps. It can seal small and large crates and automatically adjusts to sizes.
This equipment is very simple to use and maintain and has been specially designed to meet the highest standards in the food sector.
It is made up of 3 distinct stations:
- Station 1: Machine entrance with safety tunnel
- Station 2: Closer & Strapper
- Station 3: Machine exit with safety tunnel
Station 2 itself is made up of 3 different zones:
- Box centering
- Closing the top flaps
- Strapping
The strapping machine can be easily removed from the structure for easy cleaning and maintenance. This also makes it possible to introduce different models of strapping machines inside, while respecting certain prerequisites.
Main characteristics of this equipment:
- Automatic adjustment to the dimensions of the boxes: The boxes enter the machine using an MDR type conveyor. The dimensions of the boxes are analyzed using an SR-2000 type bar code reader. Thanks to the packaging recipes saved in the automaton, the machine makes automatic adjustments to the moving elements.
- Automatic arms to closing flaps: the 4 upper flaps are folded in an automatic sequence guaranteeing good closure until strapping,
- Ease of use: This machines is designed with clear access, simple controls and rapid adaptation to size changes. User-friendly interface providing quick and easy size changeover, cleaning and maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime.
- Robust construction: High-quality components housed in a robust chassis designed for the rigors of typical end-of-line packaging environments.
We offer 2 different finishes that adapt to the environment it is located in: either in the pressure washed production area or in the drier packaging area.
