Batter and Cream Turbo Mixer

The Turbo mixer is perfect for emulsifying and aerating the cream with air and thus obtaining the desired final density. It is therefore possible to make different textures, to make meringues, icing decoration, pastry creams, etc.

Emulsification is achieved thanks to the design and building technology of the rotor and stator. At the same time, aeration is achieved through air / gas injection directly into the turbo head.
