Initial situation
We supported our client, an internationally recognized manufacturer of industrial bakery products, in the growth production at one of its plants in the USA : installation of new cooling and freezing systems then change of the entire packaging line.

Phase 1:

Installation and integration of two Tecnopool food spirals, ambient air cooling and freezing in a custom prefabricated cabinet, with a Mattop type conveyor system between the spirals.

Phase 2:

Design and integration of a complete packaging line, an individual bagging line and one, in bulk on a tray, starting from the spiral station, including the equipment below:
